Breast Augmentation and Abdominoplasty

This 47 year old patient came to us with concerns of fullness in her abdomen since having children and weight reduction. She had almost no body fat in her torso, chest or abdomen and had redundant skin she would like to have improved. She is also seeking a breast augmentation, since having her children and with the weight loss she feels that she was not well proportioned and she lost breast tissue. She wanted to be moderately larger and have a natural shape. Dr Poulter was able to remove the redundant skin on her abdomen and tightened her abdominal muscles. For her breast enhancement, Dr Poulter and the patient decided on the 410 FF gummy bear implant. With this implant there is less rippling and has a more natural appearance. The patient is extremely happy with her results.The incision will lighten with time and the slightly higher right side is a result of there being additional skin of the upper thigh despite using a very low incision.
