The patient came to us self-conscious about small breast size and lack of proportion. The patient wants to be able to wear bikini/tops/clothes that fit and are easier to buy.  She felt she never developed enough breast and wanted a rounder, fuller shape.  She wanted to be sure that she would not have too large of implants that would get in the way of exercising and sporting activities.  Her current bra size is 36C and she is extremely pleased with her result.
