The patient was seeking to have extra skin removed that had developed after a lot of weight loss due to an endoscopic sleeve. Prior to her endoscopic gastric sleeve bypass, she had also received a Nissen fundoplication. The patient has lost 65 pounds and has a significant abdominal pannus. She hopes to get down to 150 pounds and currently weighs 152 pounds. Her main concern is the multiple rolls of skin she has in the anterior abdominal wall but also would like to be evaluated for treatment of her breasts, back, buttock, thighs, and arms.

Her first procedure was an extended abdominoplasty and liposuction of medial thighs. The second procedure was a Mastopexy and excision dog ears followed by a third procedure which consisted of a Lateral thigh and buttock lift and liposuction of abdomen. The patient is very pleased with her results and is considering a brachioplasty and possible torsoplasty in the future.
