This 48 y/o patient underwent gastric bypass surgery two years before her consultation for body contouring she lost 145 lbs down from 300.  Her first surgery was an extended abdominoplasty and ventral hernia repair.  The “tummy tuck” removed the extra skin from the front, tightened her abdominal muscles and the upper thigh skin and lifted the droopy pubic mound. One year latter she underwent the lateral thigh and buttock lift. She was well pleased with the reduction of the fullness of her buttocks and smoothing of the skin of her buttocks and lateral thighs.
