This patient was 40 years old at the time of her abdominoplasty. She sought to correct the changes child bearing had left her with.  Three pregnancies left her with significant separation of the sit up muscles (rectus diastasis) loose skin of the abdominal wall and many stretch marks. She is very pleased with the improved contour of the abdomen as well as the more youthful appearing belly button and reduction in the stretch marks.
