This 44-year-old mother of two came to Dr. Poulter to restore breast shape and volume lost after breast-feeding her two children. She was augmented with 300 cc saline implants filled to 330 cc bilaterally. A mastopexy or breast lift was done at the same time to remove excess skin and restore her nipples to a more youthful position. Due to the very narrow shape of the base of her breast, significant internal tissue release was required to enhance her shape. She is very happy to be wearing a 36 C-cup bra and filling out her clothes nicely.
