This 34 year old woman came to us following an impressive weight loss journey. She had gastric bypass 13 years ago and lost a total of 250 pounds and kept it off since. She was looking for full body consultation for overall improvement.

Her goals were completed in three steps spanning 10 months. First she had a revision of previous panniculectomy with lateral thigh and buttock lift. A few months later, she had a torsoplasty and mastopexy (breast lift). Three months later, she had a brachioplasty for arms that Dr. Poulter extended down to her waist to tighten up her trunk and improve her overall contour. We removed a total of 14 pounds of skin and excess tissue throughout all of her procedures.

She has come such a long way and is extremely happy. Both the patient and Dr. Poulter and staff are so proud of her progress.
