This patient received an abdominoplasty with liposuction of hips and medial thighs. She felt unhappy with a pouch that appeared after having children and could not lose the fullness with exercise. This patient had the procedure done in hopes of improving her appearance in clothes and bathing suits. She is very happy with the outcome of the procedure.
