When this 39 year old came to our office she voiced body concerns from her breasts to her knees following the births of her 4 children. For her breasts she wanted to improve the lost volume as well as improve the shape she had been left with after breastfeeding each child. We were able to improve her size with a silicone breast augmentation paired with a mastopexy (breast lift) to give her a more youthful, rounded shape. As for her abdomen, her small frame paired with larger babies left her with many stretch marks and excess skin. We performed an abdominoplasty and paired it with liposuction of her hips, inner and outer thighs to improve her overall contour. She is thrilled with her “mommy makeover” and enjoys clothing shopping for the first time in years.
