This patient came to us to discuss exchange of implants. She had large implants placed 15 years prior and over time, began to feel that they were too large and drooped, causing difficulty working out. Her previous implants were placed above the muscle, which allowed some atrophy and aging. We decided to remove her implants, lift her breasts, and place new implants below the muscle. She was so happy with her new look and Dr. Poulter’s work that she returned later for a tummy tuck and liposuction of hips and medial thighs.
