This patient came to us to discuss abdominoplasty and breast augmentation after three children and a subsequent hysterectomy. She strongly disliked her tethered scar after hysterectomy and had pain due to adhesions. She wanted to revise this scar and remove excess tissue in the process. She also had significant rectus diastasis, or separation of the abdominal muscles after childbirth. She felt that she had lost all breast volume after breast feeding and wanted to have a breast augmentation at the same time. We proceeded with both the abdominoplasty and saline implant augmentation. Six months later she was extremely happy with her new full breasts and has had relief of pain from her tethered hysterectomy scar.
