This 49-year-old mother came to Dr. Poulter to correct the laxity in her abdominal wall created after having five children. She was also displeased with the appearance a tethered scar left on her abdomen after a gynecologic procedure. A tummy tuck was performed to tighten her abdominal muscles and re-contour her abdomen. Power-assisted tumescent liposuction was used to refine her hips and inner thighs.
