At age 50, this patient underwent an abdominoplasty and liposuction of her hips and medial thighs.  She underwent a minor touch up of the hips and more extensive liposuction of the abdomen one year out to reach her current result. Her abdomen has much improved contour  as does the pubis and upper thighs.  The patient is extremely pleased.
