Abdominoplasty w/ Liposuction

This patient had excess skin after undergoing a gastric sleeve procedure and lost over 50 pounds. Her first procedure was focused on the lower torso, and was an extended abdominoplasty or tummy tuck, with liposuction to the hips and lateral thighs. Second to this procedure, she had a breast lift/reduction and a wedge excision. The wedge excision is a continuation of the tummy tuck scar that wraps around the back to help remove excess skin that has settled above the buttock. She is 51 years old, 4’ 10” and weighs 160 lbs. These photos were taken 6 months after her second procedure.
