This 28 year old woman came to Dr. Poulter to discuss body contouring after losing almost 200 pounds after gastric bypass. Her main area of concern was the fullness and loose skin in her arms. After discussion, her and Dr. Poulter decided to address her arms with a brachioplasty and her breasts in the same setting. After dropping from a 46II down to a 40DDD, a mastopexy was well deserved. When the patient came for her 6 month follow-up, she was two pounds from passing her goal weight and so happy with her new arms and breasts, which allowed her to continue on her weight loss journey.
