The patient came to us seeking breast augmentation due to being self-conscious about small breast size.  She wanted to be able to wear bikinis, tops, and clothes that fit and are easier to buy.  She also wanted to restore her breasts to pre-pregnancy, after tissue loss from child bearing.  Her goal was to look natural and have moderately larger breasts.
