This patient had a revision breast augmentation where we took out the old saline implants and replaced them with silicone gel implants. The implants used were Inspira SCX 580 cc on the right and 580 cc on the left. The patient wanted to be larger than she was before. The patient is 45, she is 4 ft 11 in and 119 lbs.
