This 62 year old patient came to us because she had saline breast implants in 1993 and had deflation of the left implant and bilateral capsular contracture. The patient stated that she had less concern about the appearance of her breasts but would like to have a more natural shape with less upper pole fullness to her breasts. We decided to go with the 410 MF gummy bear due to its natural anatomical shape. This patient is very pleased with her result. She is happy with the natural look and shape she got with the 410 implant. She is also much happier with the increased softness of the breasts following correction of the capsular contracture.
