This patient comes to us seeking a breast augmentation and liposuction of thighs. She has always been self-conscious about the size of her breasts, she felt that her body was not well proportioned and that she never developed enough breast. She felt that she had droop to her breasts. She wanted to be larger and have a fuller upper show to her breasts. This patient also always felt that she had areas of fullness in her thighs that would not go away no matter how hard she worked out. Dr Poulter decided to do a dual plane technique and go with the 410FX gummy bear implant and liposuction of of the medial and lateral thigh. The patient loves the natural appearance of her breasts and contour of her thighs. The patient is very happy with her new look.
