This 51 year old patient came to us to discuss breast augmentation. She had two children and felt she lost tissue post-pregancy. She wanted a fuller look without looking too large or out of proportion to her body. We chose a moderate height, full projection style 410 silicone implant for it’s smooth natural transition from the chest wall to the upper pole of the breast. She is now much happier with how she fits into clothing.
