This 57 year old woman came to us for a breast augmentation consult after discussing with Dr. Poulter multiple times at previous appointments. She was finally ready to go ahead with surgery after getting into great shape working out. She wanted a natural enhancement with smooth transition to her implants but told us she definitely did not want to regret not going larger. She and Dr. Poulter chose the 410 moderate height full projection implant to give her the larger enhancement but not too large for her fit, petite frame. These pictures are from only six weeks post-operatively and her implants will settle a bit lower within 3-4 months. She loves her new size and is now back to working out regularly.
