This 34 year old mother of four came to us to discuss breast augmentation. This patient believed she never fully developed and lost more tissue  after breast feeding all four children. She was also concerned with droop of her nipple from involutional atrophy. She had wishes to be have a fuller shape to fill out her clothing without “anyone knowing.” She chose the 410 style for its subtle anatomical shape and decreased incidence of rippling, as well as for the decreased rate of contracture and extremely low risk of leaking. She is very happy with the smooth transition of the 410 from the upper pole into lower and loves her new look.
