This patient came to us for breast augmentation. She did not develop as much breast tissue as she desired and wanted to fill out her tops. The patient wanted to be significantly larger and have more show of her breasts but wanted them not to continue into her armpits. We chose an extra projection implant to meet her needs.We decided on the Inspira SRX smooth round gel implant. The patient is extremely happy with her result.
