This patient at age 26, height of 5’5″, weighing 130lbs, and having a bra size of 34B did not like the shape of her breasts. Besides wanting larger breasts, she disliked the flatness of the bottom of the right breast as well as the enlarged Areolas. Her surgery included internal remodeling of the breast tissue, Areolar Reduction, and Breast Augmentation with Style 20 high profile Saline Implants, 325cc filled to 375cc. Even in these early 6 week post op views, where there is still some settling of the implants to take place, she is very happy with the more rounded shape and the projection she gets from these saline implants.
