Breast Augmentation and Mastopexy, Breast Augmentation – Saline

This 40-year-old mother of two came to Dr. Poulter to discuss improving her breast appearance after losing almost 50 pounds.  To achieve her goal of restored fullness and volume Dr. Poulter performed a breast augmentation using 300cc saline implants filled to 360cc.  To give her breasts a more youthful appearance a mastopexy (breast lift) was carried out at the same time   She is very pleased with her new contour and reports changing from a 36 C-cup bra to a 36 DD.
