As a mother of 3 this 33year old female was interested in discussing breast augmentation.  At 6’0 and 185lbs this patient had been large breasted her entire life, but after child-bearing, wanted to restore volume and improve the shape of her breasts.  This patient was asymmetrical to begin with and we welcomed the opportunity to use two different sized implants to create and improve her symmetry.  We selected a 492cc Style 15 Silicone implant for the left breast and a 397cc Style 15 Silicone implant for the right breast.  We paired her Silicone breast augmentation with a breast lift that circles her areola to give her shape improvement.  She is very happy with her noticeably improved shape and size.
