This 29 year old patient comes to us seeking a breast augmentation. She has lost significant volume in her breasts after childbirth. She was a DD before and was very happy with that size and has since gone down to a B cup. She would like to have her pre-pregnancy breasts back. She wanted to be moderately larger and look natural. Dr Poulter and patient decided on the 410 textured gummy bear implant to give the patient the natural look she wanted and fill out the lower pole better. The 410 MX style silicone gel implant provides added projection without adding significant lateral show of the breast in the underarm area. The patient is extremely happy with her results. These photos at 6 weeks have a nicely healed incision but at this early interval the incision remains pink. This will resolve over the next several months.
