The patient came to us from a patient referral.  She had a breast reduction in 2012.  The patient states that she liked her result at first but then she lost weight and also lost volume.  She is unhappy with the deflation of her breast. The patient also is unhappy with the visibility of her scar in her inframammary fold medially.  The scar is noticeable in her bra and it feels raised. The patient was a 32 DDD before her reduction, she had back pain as a high school cross country runner. She is less active now but still occasionally runs and lifts weights. The breast reduction was done through insurance.
