This 47-year-old mother of three came to Dr. Poulter with the desire to improve upon an abdominoplasty she had done by another physician years earlier. She also requested breast augmentation to enhance her cup size and restore volume lost after breast-feeding. She underwent revision abdominoplasty and breast augmentation with 300cc saline filled implants filled to 360cc on the right and 350cc on the left. Her cup size increased from a 34 C-cup to a 34 D.Prior to these contouring procedures, she had a scar revised on her flank that healed completely. This allowed more tension to be applied to the tummy tuck revision.
