This 34-year-old mother of two came to Dr. Poulter seeking enlargement of her breasts. She was augmented with smooth round, 360cc saline implants filled to 420cc bilaterally. Her bra size increased from a 36 B-cup to a 36 D. Note the natural appearance of the upper pole of her breasts even with a significant increase in size.
