This patient is 22 years old and came to us with a desire to discuss breast augmentation. She had been small breasted all of her life and wished to have larger breasts. She is a mother of one and after nursing she had even less breast volume present. This patient desired to have as large of breasts as possible. She wanted a lot of projection and a lot of high upper pole. For this patient’s desired look we chose to proceed with 320cc Style 68 saline-filled implants filled to 350cc on the right and 400cc on the left. This patient is so excited about the improved shape, size and countour of her breasts.
