This 36-year-old woman underwent breast augmentation following her desire to restore breast volume after the birth of her three children. Due to her slight breast asymmetry, the smooth round saline 330cc implants were filled to 380cc on the right and 410cc on the left. She had significant improvement in size and shape with dual plane placement of her implants.
