This 26-year old woman came to us to discuss breast augmentation. She was very petite and never developed the full breasts that she desired. She requested a moderate-large augmentation with upper pole fullness. We placed saline implants filled to slightly different sizes due to her natural asymmetry. She was very happy with her full C-cup post-augmentation.
