This 49-year-old woman came to Dr. Poulter to discuss her desire for imprvement in the size and shape of her breasts following pregnancy and breast-feeding of four children. She underwent breast augmentation with the dual-plane technique to address a moderate droop that was corrected without surgical lift. She chose 330 cc smooth round saline implants filled to 420cc, taking her from a 34B to a 36D.
