This 31 year old woman came to us to discuss breast augmentation. She had always been trim and never fully developed enough breast tissue. She wanted a fuller look to accentuate her trim figure. She also felt she was larger on the left and wanted a more even look. As she was a taller woman, Dr. Poulter opted for a larger saline implant to give her a full, proportionate look with a little extra fill on the right. She is so happy with her size and shape. These pictures here are from 6 years post-operatively.
