This 30-year-old woman was referred to Dr. Poulter after successful weight loss left her with inadequate volume in her breasts. Her right breast had more droop than her left. She decided against a lift and underwent dual plane breast augmentation with smooth round 330cc saline implants filled to 390cc. She had a significant improvement with some residual asymmetry. This patient had too much droop for the dual plane placement to correct fully. Her bra size changed from a 36B-cup to a 36 D.
