This 40-year-old woman returned to Dr. Poulter after having a breast augmentation six years prior. She very much liked her size and shape, but had a desire to be slightly larger as she had lost some breast volume from a 30-pound weight loss. She underwent breast augmentation revision trading her 350cc smooth round saline implants out for 616cc silicone gel. She went from a 36 C-cup bra to a 36 DD. She likes the increased fullness of her cleavage the larger implants provide and the feel of the softer gel.
