This 37-year-old woman sought breast augmentation to restore her lost breast volume after breast-feeding three children. Due to her somewhat narrow breast width, smooth, round, high profile saline 320cc implants were selected and filled to 340cc. One year later she returned and an additional 50cc was placed in both implants to alleviate moderate rippling.
