This 23-year-old young woman with very nicely shaped breasts pre-operatively desired breast augmentation. She is very pleased that her bra size increased from a 32 A-cup to a D-cup. Smooth round 300cc saline implants were filled to 350cc. She retained her nice shape and gentle transition from chest to upper pole of the breast.
