This 33-year-old woman desired breast augmentation to restore breast volume and shape lost after breast-feeding her three children. She had significant droop of her breasts and wanted to be significantly larger breasted. She had dual plane placement of smooth round 420cc saline implants filled to 495cc. This allowed moderate correction of the accompanying droop of her breasts. Her bra size changed from a 36 B-cup to a 36 DD.
