This 35-year-old patient came to us to discuss body contouring after three pregnancies. She was concerned with loss of breast tissue after pregnancy and opted for a breast augmentation with silicone gel implants. She did not want to be large after augmentation, in fact she told us she would rather err on the side of too small for fear of her implants interfering with her workout schedule. She is extremely happy with her new size and tells us she loves her “perky look.” Down the road , this patient had fibrocystic breast changes that were found because of her attention to her monthly breast exams post-augmentation.
