This 40-year-old woman came to us to discuss loss of breast tissue. She had recently become involved in triathalons which led to a weight loss of around 20 pounds. She believed she had lost almost all of the tissue in her breasts and was down to a size 34A. She wanted implants to replace the lost tissue but a size that allowed her to maintain her triathalon shape. We opted for a smooth round high profile implant. After 5 weeks, she was back to full activity and after 8 weeks she was back to swimming as well. She is very happy with the new way her triathalon gear fits.
