This-26-year-old woman came to Dr. Poulter for a breast consult after having two children. She had lost nearly half of her breast size after nursing and wanted a look that was more similar to her prepregnancy and pregnancy sized breasts, where she wore a D-cup bra. Dr. Poulter decided her best option would be a mastopexy, or breast lift to correct for the droop and involutional atrophy of her breasts and then place smooth round gel implants. She is so very happy with her new size and shape, she is now wearing a 36C-34D bra.
