This 34-year-old woman came to Dr. Poulter to discuss breast augmentation after breast feeding one child. She had little breast tissue to begin with and after nursing, had even less. She was done having children and said she was finally ready for the breast augmentation she had always wanted. We placed 300cc smooth round silicone gel implants and she loved her new look. Two years later, she had another child and breast fed again. These after pictures shown are from one year after breast feeding her second child and she looks great!
