This 37 year old woman came to Dr. Poulter to discuss her option after previous breast surgeries done elsewhere with complications. She originally had an augmentation, with subsequent revisions and had a complication that left her with no implant on her left side and significantly less skin to work with on the left with moderate droop to her right breast. She wanted to be much more even and was more than willing to sacrifice size for a smooth, even look to her breasts. After appropriate interval of healing, Dr. Poulter performed a mastopexy and revision augmentation of her breasts to achieve this. She is extremely happy with her final shape and size of her breasts and so excited to have a better look than she expected after complications. These pictures were taken only three weeks post-op and her incisions look great!
