This 26 year had significant involution atrophy of her breasts after having her child.  During her pregnancy she wore a D cup and then went down to an A-B cup.  She also had asymmetry in that her left breast was significantly smaller.  Dr. Poulter was able to compensate for the asymmetry by carrying out a dual plane technique and implanted Style 20 smooth round gel size 400cc on the left and 375cc on the right.
