This 22 year old female barely developed any breast tissue since puberty and just wanted larger breasts.  She wanted a fuller upper show without looking too large or having too much lateral breast tissue.  This patient chose to go with a smooth round silicone gel implant that took her from a 32B to a 34D and she is very happy with the size and shape of her breasts.
