Breast Augmentation Style 20 Smooth Round Silicone

This 42 year old women came to us to discuss breast augmentation. She felt that she had some droop to her breasts and that she had a lot of volume loss from breast feeding her two children. She did not want significantly large breasts but did want to have a fuller shape. She was asymmetrical with the left breast larger then the right breast. Dr. Poulter did a dual plane type augmentation that did not require a breast lift and used the style 20 smooth round silicone implants. The patient is extremely happy with her result.
