This 50 year old patient is a previous patient of Dr. Poulter who had a breast augmentation done years ago and was interested in exchanging her implants. We used Inspira SRF implants 265cc bilaterally.  The patient is 5’1 and a54lbs. The patient is very pleased with her results.
