The patient is seeking breast augmentation because she wants to restore breasts to pre-pregnancy, and feels she has droop.  She wishes to regain her pre-pregnancy size and shape and to be larger.  She wanted to avoid wishing she had selected larger implants.

We used Inspira SCX 400cc bilaterally.  The patient is happy with her results.
